Privacy
You can contact RF Specialist without accepting analytics. We use the information you choose to send to handle your service request, and we do not place contact-form values in the analytics dataLayer.

Information you provide
The contact form may include fields for your name, email address, phone number, selected service, and message.
Form submission
On the Firebase preview, the form composes a draft addressed to RF Specialist in your email application. You must review and send that draft; opening it does not submit or deliver your request. On the main website, submitting the form may send those fields through the website's hosting and email-delivery provider. Do not submit sensitive personal, payment, or account information. The form works without analytics consent.
Optional analytics
Google Tag Manager loads on every visit. Until you decline, analytics and advertising storage stay granted, so Google's tags may set cookies and read browser storage from your first page view. Google Analytics 4 may process technical request and usage data such as the page address, browser or device characteristics, IP address, and non-PII interaction or conversion event names, and Google Ads may store the advertising click identifier that comes with an ad click. The purpose is to understand site use, whether site interactions work as intended, and which advertising clicks lead to contacts. If you decline, those signals switch to denied: Google's tags stop setting cookies, reading browser storage, and attaching a persistent identifier to you.
The site's conversion events contain only approved event names; contact-form field values are not placed in the dataLayer, and our own conversion events (phone, WhatsApp, form) stop firing as soon as you decline.
Your analytics choice
The consent panel appears until you choose. While you have not chosen, nothing is stored about the choice itself and analytics and advertising storage remain granted. If you decline, the site normally stores your versioned decline in browser local storage, and a temporary first-party session cookie acts as a consent guard containing only accepted or declined; a decline is honored on this page and on every later page. If a decline cannot be saved, analytics is still turned off for the current page. An acceptance is recorded only after local storage and the guard both confirm it; if it cannot be saved, no choice is recorded and the panel appears again.
You can decline when the choice panel appears. Declining returns Google's consent signals to denied on the current, refreshed, and future pages; it does not stop Google Tag Manager itself from loading. To revoke a choice you already made, clear this site's cookies and browser storage in your browser settings: the choice panel appears again on your next visit and you can decline then.
Service providers
Hosting and email delivery process data as needed to provide those functions. Google's tag container loads on every visit; Google's cookie-based analytics and advertising services process data from the first page view unless you decline.
